Isaac Parker Deed of Gift of 500 Acres
to Of Land April 24th 1851

Horry District Know all men by these presents that I, Isaac Parker of the
State and District aforesaid ??* for the natural love and affection which I
have for my Daughter Helen P. Parker I Give unto her certain Tract of Land
situated in the district of Horry on Simpsons Creek containing five hundred
acres more or less bounding South on a tract which I have this day given to
my Son Isaac James Parker and Westward on John P. Hardee's land, North on
Wade H. Parkers Land, and East on a track which I have this day given to my
son, Asa D. Parker. Reserving to my self and my wife a lifetime interest
herein which Tract of Land I do hereby warrant unto the said Helen P. Parker
and her heirs forever against myself my heirs Executors administrators and
assigns forever in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
24 day of April in the Year of our Lord 1851.
